A little sweet, a little tart, and perfect for a summer brunch!
1 cup mango chunks (fresh or thawed from frozen)
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
One 750-ml. bottle sparkling white wine, chilled
Optional garnishes: lime slices, mango slices
Place mango chunks and lime juice in a small food processor or blender. Puree until smooth.
Evenly distribute puree among 6 champagne flutes, about 2 tbsp. each. Top with the wine, and enjoy!
