2 tbsp. moist-style devil's food cake mix
1/2 tbsp. fat-free liquid egg substitute (like Egg Beaters Original)
1 sugar-free chocolate pudding snack with 60 calories or less (like the kind by Jell-O)
1/2 medium banana, sliced
1 tsp. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
In a microwave-safe mug or bowl sprayed with nonstick spray, combine cake mix, egg substitute, and 1/2 tbsp. water. Add 2 tbsp. pudding (about 1/3rd of the snack) and mix well.
Microwave for 1 minute. Once completely cool, crumble with a fork.
Place half of the chocolate crumbles in a parfait glass (or any glass). Top with half of the remaining pudding (about 2 tbsp.), half of the banana slices, and 1/2 tsp. chocolate chips.
Repeat layering with remaining chocolate crumbles, pudding, banana slices, and 1/2 tsp. chocolate chips. Enjoy!
