When you tell your guests you're putting on a pot of coffee, they'll NEVER expect you're making something this fun. Surprise! Serve with a variety of sweeteners for your pals...
1/2 cup ground coffee beans
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup malted milk powder
Sweetener of choice (we like Splenda and Truvia), to taste
Optional toppings: Fat Free Reddi-wip, additional cinnamon
Combine coffee and cinnamon in the filter of a coffeemaker with a 6-cup capacity or more. Add 6 full cups (48 oz.) cold water to the water chamber and brew.
Add cocoa powder and malted milk powder to the brewed coffee and stir until dissolved.
Serve it up, and sweeten to taste as you would ordinary coffee. If you like, top with Fat Free Reddi-wip and sprinkle with cinnamon!
