We have fun new drinks that are meant to be shared... and they ROCK! Hope you're thirsty...

 
 
Pot o' Hot Cinna-Mocha

PER SERVING (1/6th of recipe, about 1 cup, before sweetener): 40 calories, 1g fat, 28mg sodium, 7g carbs, 2g fiber, 2.5g sugars, 1.5g protein -- PointsPlus® value 1*

When you tell your guests you're putting on a pot of coffee, they'll NEVER expect you're making something this fun. Surprise! Serve with a variety of sweeteners for your pals...

Ingredients:
1/2 cup ground coffee beans
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup malted milk powder
Sweetener of choice (we like Splenda and Truvia), to taste
Optional toppings: Fat Free Reddi-wip, additional cinnamon
 

Directions:
Combine coffee and cinnamon in the filter of a coffeemaker with a 6-cup capacity or more. Add 6 full cups (48 oz.) cold water to the water chamber and brew.

Add cocoa powder and malted milk powder to the brewed coffee and stir until dissolved.

Serve it up, and sweeten to taste as you would ordinary coffee. If you like, top with Fat Free Reddi-wip and sprinkle with cinnamon!

MAKES 6 SERVINGS

HG Heads-Up: Be sure to measure and use 6 full cups (48 oz.) water for accuracy, as opposed to going by the markings on the coffeemaker (which can vary).

Night & Day Nog-tinis

PER SERVING (1/2 of recipe, one 6-oz. drink): 145 calories, 1g fat, 175mg sodium, 9g carbs, 0.5g fiber, 3g sugars, 3g protein -- PointsPlus® value 5*

Whether at a midday get-together or after a holiday meal, this martini is ready to PAR-TAY!!!

Ingredients:
1 tbsp. (1/4th of a 4-serving box) Jell-O Sugar Free Fat Free Vanilla Instant pudding mix
2 no-calorie sweetener packets (like Splenda or Truvia)
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Dash nutmeg
8 oz. (1 cup) light vanilla soymilk
3 oz. (1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp.) vanilla vodka
Optional: cinnamon sticks, additional cinnamon

Directions:
Combine all dry ingredients in a shaker. Add soymilk, cover, and shake vigorously until pudding mix has mostly dissolved. Set aside to slightly thicken, about 5 minutes.

Add vodka and fill shaker with ice. Cover and shake, and then strain into 2 large martini glasses. If you like, garnish with optional ingredients. Sip!
