Hi Hungry Girl,

I recently started watching your show on Food Network, and I'm loving it (so many amazing recipes and so much fun!). When can I catch the episodes I've missed? I HAVE to see 'em all.

Very Excited Viewer

Hi Very Excited Viewer,

So glad you're enjoying the show! Before I fill you in on how to see the ones you missed, you should know that there are two brand-new episodes debuting this month. This Sunday (1/8) is "Movie Night," featuring guilt-free goodies for your movie-viewing pleasure (and a special guest!) -- click here for a preview. "Chinese Food" airs the following Sunday (1/15) -- packed with lightened-up versions of your favorite Chinese dishes, plus tips on what to order at a Chinese restaurant. Tune in at 10am/9c. After those episodes, re-runs from both seasons of the show will air Sundays on Food Network; beginning in February, the show time changes to 8:30am/7:30c.

And... you'll be able to catch season 2 from the beginning when it makes its Cooking Channel debut this Saturday (1/7) at 10:30am ET/7:30am PT. The season kicks off with "Under 200," an entire episode devoted to recipes and food finds with less than 200 calories! Tune in that same time each week for another episode -- click here for the show schedule.

Can't remember the names of the episodes you've seen? Check out our Episode Pages section on the main show page, where you'll find all of the recipes seen in each episode. There's even a recipe search bar to make things easy. Enjoy!

Hey HG,

Happy New Year! I'm pumped to lose weight this year, but I don't want this to be like past years where I throw in the towel by the end of January. Got any tips to help me stay on track?

Positive Pam

Hey Pam,

Welcome to 2012! You're already off to a good start -- sounds like you have a great attitude and are being proactive. I'm all for sharing tips with you... keep reading!

Make small changes. It's unrealistic to think that you'll suddenly eat perfectly balanced meals every day, start running several miles daily, and drop fifteen pounds by February. If you set your expectations too high, you're more likely to get frustrated and give up. Work on improving one meal each day, and try to get in some sort of activity daily (whether it's taking your dog on longer walks or using the stairs instead of the elevator). Then gradually make more improvements to your diet and exercise routine.

Plan ahead. It's all about being prepared for those days when life throws you a curveball. Check the online menu before you head out to a restaurant. Keep your fridge and freezer stocked with guilt-free staples for quick and easy meals. (Our Supermarket Survival book can help.) Schedule a regular workout time with a pal so you won't slack off. Remember, the best defense is a strong offense!

Have fun! I know, you're probably thinking, "Since when is weight loss fun?" But it can be. Be adventurous and try some new guilt-free foods (like kabocha squash and Tofu Shirataki noodles). Buddy up -- it's more enjoyable to exercise and shop for groceries with a friend, and the two of you can keep each other accountable. Reward yourself for hitting weight-loss goals. It's all about finding ways to keep yourself motivated.

Don't be too hard on yourself. We're all human and nobody's perfect. It's okay to splurge every once in a while on the foods you crave. Then jump right back into things at your next meal. No harm done.

Best of luck, and HAPPY 2012!!!!
