We dish on a LOT of products every week, so we want to recap a few standouts that have come through the HG HQ recently. These items are too good to miss out on -- TRY 'EM!

Stonyfield Oikos Organic Nonfat Greek Frozen Yogurt

PER SERVING (1/2 cup): 100 - 110 calories, 0g fat, 55 - 65mg sodium, 19 - 22g carbs, 0 - 1g fiber, 16 - 20g sugars, 6g protein -- PointsPlus® value 3*

It's easy to like Oikos just because the brand has John Stamos shilling its yogurt -- who doesn't love Uncle Jesse? But all kidding aside, the folks at Oikos know what they're doing. This frozen yogurt is super-creamy, it's not too tart, and the stats ROCK. Plus, it has about 50 percent MORE protein than ordinary fro yo. It comes in four fantastic flavors: Blueberry (deliciously mild), Honey (unique!), Vanilla (our favorite), and Chocolate (our second favorite!). Find it exclusively at Whole Foods for now -- coming soon to grocery stores nationwide!

PER SERVING (half a 12-oz. turnip): 48 calories, <0.5g fat, 114mg sodium, 11g carbs, 3g fiber, 6.5g sugars, 1.5g protein -- PointsPlus® value 0*

That's right, TURNIPS! Not to sound like your mom, but you should eat them because they're good for you! We love the texture, the slight cabbage flavor, and the fact that they make a great potato swap. After testing them as part of our big French fry experiment, we created our Turnip the Disco Fries and haven't looked back. Just last week, we baked them into a cheesy casserole. SO GOOD!

The Republic of Tea Sip for the Cure Strawberry Hibiscus Tea

PER SERVING (1 bag): 0 calories, 0g fat, 0mg sodium, 0g carbs, 0g fiber, 0g sugars, 0g protein -- PointsPlus® value 0*

For the most part, we're bigger fans of coffee than tea. But this stuff is just too good to ignore! Not only is it pretty (we're suckers for that bright red color), but it also tastes just like fresh ripe strawberries! We like the flavor of this tea so much that we sip it without any sweetener, though it would be great sweetened up too. And a portion of the proceeds from the tea goes toward breast cancer research. Best tea ever!

Perfect Foods Bar Lite, Cranberry Crunch

PER SERVING (1 bar): 199 calories, 10g fat, 24mg sodium, 19g carbs, 2.2g fiber, 13g sugars, 10g protein -- PointsPlus® value 5*

We love everything about this bar... except the flavor name. It doesn't do the thing justice! This bar tastes like chewy PB&J with lots of nutty chunks. It's got to be stored in the fridge ('cuz it doesn't have preservatives added), but we're OK with that. Heads up: The non-Lite varieties have higher stats, so watch what you grab at the store. Look for it near the yogurt in the refrigerated section of the supermarket. (Or just order a box online.)

  Spaghetti Squash

PER SERVING (1 cup cooked strands): 42 calories, 0.5g fat, 28mg sodium, 10g carbs, 2g fiber, 4g sugars, 1g protein -- PointsPlus® value 0*

Another of our recent favorite veggies -- Lisa (HG herself) is so hooked on this squash, she's been known to eat big bowls of it (steamed) for breakfast! And who could blame her? Look at those stats! The squash is key in super-sized recipes, like our Twice-Baked Spaghetti Squash, and anywhere you'd use ordinary spaghetti, like in this saucy dish with meatballs! You can even go 50/50 by bulking up a portion of pasta with some of this stuff. And here's a helpful hint: Microwave the entire squash for a couple of minutes to slightly soften it, making it easier to cut. Then halve it lengthwise, ditch the seeds, and steam or bake until soft!

  Nimble by Balance Bar

PER SERVING (1 bar): 120 calories, 4g fat, 95 - 125mg sodium, 14g carbs, 5g fiber, 4g sugars, 10g protein -- PointsPlus® value 3*

When you think of a protein bar, you may imagine a super-dense, possibly chalky, not-too-enjoyable log of food. (We've tasted some icky bars in our day.) These bars, however, are AMAZING -- the Yogurt Orange Swirl is good, but the Peanut Butter version knocks it out of the park. The texture is light and nougat-like, and the bars are packed with nutrients that women need. And after an online debut, they're now available at select supermarkets (and coming soon to more stores)! We're a little obsessed...

  Thomas' Breakfast Thins

PER SERVING (1 roll): 100 calories, 1g fat, 170mg sodium, 22g carbs, 5g fiber, 2 - 4g sugars, 4 - 5g protein -- PointsPlus® value 3*

Low-calorie, high-fiber bread items are our friends. (You know, the kind of friends you put in the toaster and make into sandwiches.) So when these breakfast-friendly flat buns popped up, we HAD to try them. Choose from 100% Whole Wheat, Blueberry (which we're SO in love with), and 100% Whole Wheat Cinnamon Raisin. Make b-fast sandwiches with them or just smear 'em with your guilt-free toppings of choice... Perhaps a wedge of The Laughing Cow Light cheese with a bit of low-sugar fruit preserves? Mmmmm!

  Yoplait Light with Granola

PER SERVING (1 container with granola): 190 calories, 2.5g fat, 105mg sodium, 35g carbs, 1g fiber, 19g sugars, 5g protein -- PointsPlus® value 5*

Yogurt with accessories appears to be the big trend of the year. This line by Yoplait is one of our very favorites -- each container has fat-free vanilla yogurt with fruit on the bottom (Peach, Blueberry, Strawberry, or Cherry) and just the right amount of granola in a tub at the top. The only way we'd like it more is if it came with accessories for us too. Can a girl get a bracelet with her yogurt? (Kidding! Kind of...)

HEY! Tomorrow, October 8th, is National Fluffernutter Day! We suggest making yours by combining a couple of light bread slices with reduced-fat PB and marshmallow creme. Measure the spreads out carefully.
