We really can't stress this enough.  Low Carb Breakfasts = High Fat Disasters.  For the most part, restaurants serving up "carbed-down" morning meals just pile a bunch of terribly unhealthy things together and pretend it's good for you.  Case in point: Carl's Jr.'s Low Carb Breakfast Bowls.  These 909 calorie fat-fests contain two eggs, a sausage patty and a slice of cheese -- which is then topped with a sausage, bacon, ham and cheddar cheese omelette.  A final layer of bacon and cheddar smothers this 73-gram-of-fat breakfast blunder.  Um, GROSS!

Good News! Almost all restaurants are able to substitute egg beaters for regular eggs. Egg dishes made with the faux eggs are not only lower in calories, fat and cholesterol, they're also fluffier than dishes made with the real thing.  Ask for fruit instead of those greasy hash browns, and you'll have yourself a tasty, healthy morning meal.
