Chilly Chocolate Nutty Banana Pops

2 tbsp. Wonderful Almond Accents Honey Roasted Flavored Sliced Almonds
1 medium banana
2 tbsp. Hershey's Lite chocolate syrup 

Roughly chop the sliced almonds and set aside. Peel banana and cut in half widthwise. Place both halves on a plate lined with wax paper. If you like, slide a craft stick into the cut side of each half (like a Popsicle).

Evenly drizzle banana halves with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with chopped almonds.

Gently roll banana halves in any excess syrup/nuts on the plate. Freeze for at least 1 hour. Enjoy!


Double-0-Strawberry Quickie Kiwi Smoothie

So easy, we're embarrassed we didn't think of it sooner...

4 oz. (1/2 cup) fat-free strawberry yogurt with about 100 calories per 6-oz. serving
1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries, partly thawed
1 kiwi, peeled

Place all ingredients in a blender with 1 cup crushed ice or 5 - 8 ice cubes. Blend at high speed until smooth.

Pour into a tall glass and sip away... maybe even with a schmancy straw!


Bananas Foster Puddin' Parfait

1/2 large banana, chopped

Optional: cinnamon  

Spoon half of the pudding snack into a parfait glass (or any glass). Top with half of the chopped banana followed by half of the caramel dip.

Repeat layering with remaining pudding, banana, and caramel dip. If you like, sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon. Add a spoon and eat up!
