Want to enjoy holiday treats without adding unwanted fat and calories to your diet?  Check out Hungry Girl's favorite festive food finds...

Egg Nog DaVinci Syrup
(Calorie Free!)

If you love egg nog but hate the fat and calories that come with it, you NEED to stock up on DaVinci's  Sugar Free Egg Nog syrup.  Use this calorie-free holiday favorite to make healthier egg nog or to add seasonal flavor to coffees and smoothies.  Egg Nog isn't the only yummy holiday flavor DaVinci has added to their line -- they also make Gingerbread and Butter Rum!

Dreyer's Grand Light Limited Edition Peppermint Ice Cream
(110 Calories, 3.5g Fat, 17g Carbs, 3g Protein, 13g Sugar, 0g Fiber)

Dreyer's Slow Churned Grand Light ice cream is almost too good to be true.  It's without a doubt the best-tasting diet-friendly ice cream on the planet.  That's probably why we can't stop writing about it.  Their limited edition holiday flavors are AWESOME.  Our fave?  The peppermint.  It's as if vanilla ice cream and a candy cane got married and gave birth to the most delicious baby ever!  OK, that sounds a little scary, but you get the point.  Reminder:  On the East Coast, this ice cream brand is called Edy's, not Dreyer's.

Fabe's Pumpkin Pie
(150 Calories, 7g Fat, 21g Carbs, 3g Protein, 13g Sugar, 1g Fiber)
We heart Fabe's All Natural Bakery.  They have an entire line of healthy baked goods, including pies, cakes, cookies, donuts and more.  This pumpkin pie is so low in calories and fat, it'll rock your holidays!  Completely dairy free and sweetened with fruit juice, this pie tastes so delicious it's hard to believe that it's actually good for you.

Jenny's Country Kitchen Creamers
(30 Calories, 1.5g Fat, 4g Carbs, 0g Protein, 3g Sugar, 0g Fiber)

We are COMPLETELY obsessed with Jenny's coffee creamers.  They come in so many of holiday-rific flavors; like Winter White Chocolate, Christmas Candy Cane, St. Nick's Nog and Gingerbread Man.  These non-dairy treats are an awesome way to turn any cup of coffee into a winter wonderland! They're GREAT in iced coffee too, but you need to melt them in an ounce or two of hot water first.  By the way, we think HALF the recommended serving size is sufficient, and that'll only add about 10-15 calories to your beverage.  Helpful Hungry Girl Hint:  Jenny is having some problems with her web site.  We recommend viewing her products online but placing orders over the phone.

Alpine Sugar Free Spiced Cider
(15 Calories, 0g Fat, 4g Carbs, 0g Protein, 0g sugar, 0g Fiber)

If you love hot apple cider, you MUST try Alpine's Sugar Free Spiced Cider.  With just 15 calories per serving, you can drink it all day long, guilt-free.  It's as good (or better) than any hot cider we've ever tasted.  Add a teaspoon of T. Marzetti's Light Caramel Apple dip to your cup of cider to turn it in to a caramel apple dream!  Available at supermarkets and Wal-Mart Supercenters.

Today, December 9th, is Apple Pie Day.  Have a baked apple instead.
