Let's face it, clam chowder, really good, thick, white clam chowder, is one of life's greatest guilty pleasures. But now, thanks to our friends at Campbell's, the word "guilty" can be yanked from that sentence.  The label doesn't lie when it promises "a rich and creamy clam chowder made with an abundance of potatoes and tender and succulent clams."  An entire can (which is supposed to be TWO servings...yeah, right) contains just three grams of fat and 12 grams of protein.  Not bad!  If you're counting carbs, you're outta luck...but to the calorie and fat-conscious we say, Clam it up!

Hard to believe the very same concerned folks who bring us that heavenly 98% fat free clam chowder are the evil masterminds behind the gloppy, fatty clam goo that inhabits this familiar red can.  In any case, we wonder why anyone would choose to ingest a whopping 26 grams of fat when they can get almost the same taste and pleasure out of eating soup that contains just three.  Just say NO to this fatty shellfish concoction!
