When we saw that Robbin's Nest made a low-carb, low cal pizza we were skeptical.  To our surprise this low carb pizza was chewy, cheesey and satisfying. You'll be surprised just how much fat, calories and carbs some Pizza places' breadsticks can have. Bottom line? You may have to decide whether you want a slice of pizza or a breadstick instead of having em both. Need proof?

-Think singular. One slice of pizza is a lot less damaging than three...four...five...or six (we hate to admit it but we've done it before!) Be sure to also order a dinner salad in order to make your meal filling and hearty. And remember to use a diet-friendly dressing

-Forget all the new, fancy crusts. Stuffed, Twisted, Pan, Deep Dish, Thick and Ultimate are words to avoid. Instead opt for Thin crust. It's lower in calories and carbs-and once you'll get used to it, you'll love the crunch!

-Ask for your pizza to be made with double the sauce and half the cheese. Most restaurants will be happy to oblige.

-Blot your pizza! It really does work. And it's much easier to soak fat up than to burn it off on the stairmaster.
