Hungry Girl is here to show you Java Junkies how to make delicious, guilt-free coffee drinks at home...
S'more Coffee, Please!

Can't decide between coffee and hot cocoa?  Have both!  Mix 1/2 packet 25-calorie Diet Hot Cocoa mix with a teaspoon of instant coffee and dissolve in very hot water.  Next, swirl a small handful of mini marshmallows into your mocha.  Garnish this S'more-alicious drink/dessert with 1 low fat graham cracker square and you can have a (craving) killer snack for about 50 calories.

Cookies 'n Cream Coffee Dream

Forget those fatty frozen frightfests at your local coffee hangout.  Make your blended bonanza in your very own kitchen.  The key to this awesome low cal creation is Jenny's Country Kitchen Cookies 'n Cream coffee creamer. Dissolve one teaspoon of this stuff (about 12 calories) and one teaspoon of instant coffee into 3.5 oz. of hot water and pour into a blender.  Toss in 5 - 7 ice cubes, a splash of Original Fat Free Liquid Coffee-mate, 2 oz. of 8th Continent Light Vanilla Soy Milk and a teaspoon of Hershey's Lite Chocolate syrup.  Blend on the highest speed for 45-60 seconds, pour into a tall glass and top it off with a squirt of Fat Free Reddi-Wip & one lonely little Nabisco Oreo Thin Crisp (from their 100 Calorie Packs).  Mmmmm!  This easy-to-make Cookies 'n Cream iced blended is insanely decadent, and it only has 60 - 65 calories and 1g of fat!

Hungry Girl Warning!

Sure, Liquid Fat Free Coffee-mate in flavors like French Vanilla and Irish Cream sound great with just 20 calories and no fat in a serving.  The problem is, a serving is just 1 tablespoon.  That means the bottle you have in your fridge has 63 so-called "servings!"   63?!  Yeah...riiiight.  We figure it has more like 15-20 servings, which means each time you pour, you add 60 - 85 calories to your coffee. Yikes!

Today, January 20th, is National Buttercrunch Day.  Buttercrunch consists of nuts and toffee.  No matter how you try, it's hard to make THAT Hungry Girl-friendly!
