No Pudge! = Good Times

We're obsessed with so many of the delicious frozen goodies in the No Pudge! line of freezer treats. Our absolute favorites are their Giant Strawberry Shortcake Bars, Giant Fudgy Brownie Cones and Giant Brownie Batter Swirl Lowfat Sandwiches. All of their chilly snacks have between 60 - 140 calories, are low in fat and contain lots of fiber. Points-tastic!

Dairy Queen, you are our new friend!  Yes, many items at DQ are super-fattening, but there are a couple of diet-friendly menu options. For example, Dairy Queen's NSA Vanilla Orange Bar has just 60 calories and no fat, while their NSA Fudge Bar is fat free and has only 50 calories! Have a StarKiss or Lemon DQ Freez'r, you'll be taking in just 80 calories. All hail the Queen!
