When it comes to bars, size definitely matters.  No one likes to rip open a wrapper and find a bar that's disappointingly small and unsatisfying.  So we were immediately impressed with Kashi's GoLean Crunchy Chocolate Peanut Bliss Bar. It's HUGE!  Or at least it seems huge, because of its unconventional shape (it's almost a square).  But that's not what we like most about it.  The best thing about this Kashi bar is that it tastes like an awesome chocolate peanut butter candy treat.  And it only has 180 calories and 5g of fat.  That's why we've put this awesome find into our regular snacking rotation.  Keep 'em in your purse, your desk at work, or even your car. If Reese's Peanut Butter Cups are one of your weaknesses, you NEED to try this bar.


Mann Shredded Broccoli Cole Slaw

Broccoli cole slaw? A breakout food?! Yep! This package of shredded broccoli, carrots and purple cabbage is AWESOME! Why? Because not only is it insanely healthy, but it's also one of the most versatile food finds ever.  Steam it and shriptz with "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" spray, toss it into salads, chop it up and mix it into a tuna salad, or even throw it into your tortilla-wrapped sandwiches.  You can do almost anything with it!  And an entire bag of the stuff is just about 125 calories, so you can munch on it all day long!

Do you ever get an urge for one of those snack cakes you loved so much when you were a kid? You know... the ones with the soft chocolate cake and insane layers of creme (not CREAM, creme)? We get these cravings a lot and although we'd like to stick our heads in a king size box of Suzy Qs, we never, ever do that.  Instead, we grab one of Health Valley's Low Fat Vanilla Creme Sandwich Bars.  They're just like the cakey, creme-filled goodies you enjoyed growing up.  Except these are actually healthy and packed with 25% of the RDA of calcium and 50% of the RDA of selenium (an antioxidant).  Little Debbie, eat your heart out.

Face it, it wasn't long ago that Mentos were a little bit of a joke. We have no idea why, but people like to make fun of these chewy candies. Well, we're here to tell you that their brand new Sugarfree line is nothing to chuckle at. Though they come in mint flavor, our faves are the mixed berry candies, which have the same familiar outer shell and perfectly chewy center as regular Mentos. Thing is, they're made with Splenda instead of sugar, so they have just 5 calories apiece. Gobble up the whole pack and you'll take in just 65 calories (1 point on WW if you count!).  Mentos!
