Have you seen the new line of panini sandwiches from Lean Cuisine? They're definitely worth checking out. Here are our official reviews...   
Steak, Cheddar & Mushroom

(300 calories, 9g fat, 730mg sodium, 33g carbs, 3g fiber, 3g sugar, 21g protein = 6 points)

What it is:  Strips of beef steak with mushrooms, caramelized onions & cheese on sourdough bread. 

What we think of it:  YUM!  This panini is awesome. Nice, juicy pieces of steak & onion, smothered in hot, creamy cheese.   It melted just right and is a perfect swap for anyone who loves philly cheese-steak. In all honesty, we wish there was more steak on this one.

Would we eat it again?  Over and over again.

Chicken, Spinach and Mushroom

(280 calories, 8g fat, 690mg sodium, 32g carbs, 5g fiber, 3g sugar, 21g protein = 5.5 points)

What it is:  Strips of white meat grilled chicken, spinach, sliced mushrooms, roasted red peppers, and mozzarella, romano and parmesan cheeses with an asiago cheese sauce on Italian bread.

What we think of it:  This panini rocked our world. With tons of white meat chicken, red bell peppers & spinach, this sandwich is super-fresh tasting and has a healthy "feel" to it.  The thick layer of cheese and cheese sauce makes this one extra-delicious!  We loved the Italian bread, too. Perfect!

Would we eat it again?  Of course!
Chicken Club

(320 calories, 9g fat, 880mg sodium, 34g carbs, 3g fiber, 3g sugar, 24g protein = 7 points)

What is it? Strips of white meat grilled chicken, crumbled pepper bacon, diced tomatoes, and cheddar cheese with a light garlic ranch sauce on sourdough bread.

What we think of it: This is our LEAST favorite and the most caloric of the bunch. Not a great combo.  We really had high hopes for this one, but unfortunately this sandwich was loaded with black pepper, which basically overpowered the rest of the ingredients and made us sad.  The other panini options are way better than this one, unless you are obsessed with black pepper. People who live for the stuff may, in fact, enjoy this sandwich a lot.

Would we eat it again?  Not likely.
Southwest-style Chicken Panini

(280 calories, 7g fat, 730mg sodium, 32g carbs, 3g fiber, 3g sugar, 20g protein = 6 points)

What is it?  Strips of mesquite-seasoned white meat grilled chicken, grilled green peppers, diced tomatoes, onions and monterey jack cheese with a zesty Southwest sauce on sourdough bread.

What we think of it:  This one is not only our clear favorite as far as taste is concerned, but it's also the lowest in fat and calories. WOOHOO...a double whammy!  The Southwest sauce is FANTASTIC!  And the grilled green peppers and diced tomatoes mixed with that sauce was so good it almost brought tears to our eyes!  This panini has the perfect amount of flavor, spice and "kick" and it's not overly salty. Hooray!

Would we eat it again?  We already have!
Overall Notes & Observations...

- These new frozen sandwiches are FANTASTIC!  Gooey, cheesy and deliciously crispy (that magical grilling tray totally works!), they're ready in three minutes FLAT!

- As you might expect, they are all high in sodium -- so sodium counters beware!

- Try eating these open face. It's fun & you'll feel like you're eating more food (which is key).

- These meals are all VERY high in protein (more than 20 grams per panini) and each have 3-5g fiber!
