(POINTS® value 4*), it's a totally unique and delicious bar that's worth
getting your hands (and teeth!) on. It's scheduled to hit store shelves in
August, so be on the lookout.

Weight Watchers Endorsed Green Giant Just for One Veggies - Get excited,
people! Brand-new varieties of these single-serving, sauced-up veggies are
hitting store shelves next month, and every one will soon have the POINTS®

fruit & botanical extracts, and more good stuff. The other flavors are just
okay, but the Tropical Bliss gets two MAJOR thumbs up. Each 8-oz. can
contains just 35 calories and 8g carbs (POINTS® value 1*). Expect to see
these beauteously packaged beverages on shelves very soon.

researchers in England have found that we may be able to trick our minds
into thinking we've taken in extra fuel while exercising. Before a bike
workout, study participants swished carb-containing drinks in their mouths
and then spit them out without swallowing. Apparently, the bikers' brains
sensed they were about to get more fuel (calories) and signaled the muscles
to work harder. The cyclists showed increased heart rates, yet they reported
no increase in effort involved. Interesting stuff, but we can't help but think
that human brains (especially food-savvy ones like ours) would eventually
