Who wouldn't go CRAZY over a cheesy flatbread topped with chicken, bacon, and avocado? Don't be fooled by fatty flatbreads, people... Make this HG recipe STAT!

1 high-fiber flatbread (or medium-large tortilla) with 110 calories or less (like Flatout Light)
3 tbsp. reduced-fat shredded Mexican blend cheese
2 oz. cooked and chopped skinless chicken breast
1/2 tbsp. precooked real crumbled bacon (like the kind by Oscar Mayer)
1/2 tbsp. fat-free mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. chopped cilantro
2 tbsp. pico de gallo
1 oz. sliced avocado (about 1/4th of an avocado)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.

Lay flatbread on the baking sheet, and top with cheese, chicken, and bacon. Bake until hot and lightly browned, 8 - 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine mayo with garlic powder. Add 1 tsp. water, and mix until uniform.

Top flatbread with remaining ingredients, and drizzle with mayo mixture. Enjoy!

Fat Bread.

Chili's, we need to talk. Um, it's about your flatbreads. They sound fresh, fancy, and fairly diet friendly. Yet they're essentially fully loaded pizzas. If a person were to SPLIT this with THREE buddies as an appetizer, said person would be consuming nearly 400 calories and 25g fat. That's no way to begin a meal! It's more fattening than most of the starters on the menu. On the other hand, if someone were to order this as an entrée, they probably wouldn't suspect it would cost them more calories and fat than a Classic Bacon Burger with fries! Why is this so? This chicken flatbread is weighed down with bacon, two kinds of cheese, a creamy sauce, and avocado. As easy as these culprits are to spot, they're equally easy to swap. We went with leaner bacon, lighter cheese, a creamy DIY sauce, and just enough avocado to get the health benefits without going overboard. Call us, Chili's... We've got ideas.
