Look closely, because our swap is missing some stuff found in the Dunkin' Donuts original. Primarily, excess calories and fat grams! Get ready for one flavor-packed, guilt-free makeover...

1 slice center-cut bacon or turkey bacon
3 oz. cooked and finely chopped skinless chicken breast
1/4 cup chopped bagged broccoli cole slaw
2 tbsp. fat-free mayonnaise
1 tbsp. diced celery
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. onion powder
Dash black pepper
1 medium-large high-fiber flour tortilla with 110 calories or less (like the kinds by La Tortilla Factory)

Cook bacon until crispy, either in a skillet over medium heat or on a microwave-safe plate in the microwave. (See package for cook time.)

In a medium bowl, combine chicken, slaw, mayo, celery, and seasonings. Mix well.

Microwave tortilla on a microwave-safe plate for 10 seconds, or until warm.

Break bacon in half, and lay the halves horizontally on the center of the tortilla. Top with chicken mixture.

Wrap tortilla up by first folding in one side (to keep filling from escaping) and then tightly rolling it up from the bottom. (Or fold in both sides, burrito-style.) Enjoy!

Chicken Littleā€¦ Very Little.

Don't get us wrong. We adore the coffee at Dunkin' Donuts and the DDSMART choices. And we DO like the idea of the chain offering lunch-like options. However, we are SO not down with this chicken-salad selection. Despite its sizable stats, this li'l wrap is embarrassingly TINY! It's definitely more of a snack than anything else. And while words like chicken, salad, and wrap may conjure up thoughts of a fairly sensible choice, too much mayo, bacon, and (oddly) cheddar cheese burst that bubble. This underwhelming wrap has 500 calories and 35 grams of fat... That is crazy-pants unacceptable. Still, we enjoy the idea of a tasty tortilla crammed with delicious chicken and bacon. So we whipped up a swap that's not only lighter, it's larger and in charger. Lunch is served!
