CHEW THE RIGHT THING

BITE IT!
Western Bagel The Alternative Bagel, Cinnamon Spice

A HOLE IN ONE!
Western Bagel, the famous bagel bakery based in California, has a line of
low-cal bagels that'll knock your socks off! Honestly, we expected
these "Alternative" bagels to be kinda icky, like so many other lower carb
bread products. But they're GREAT and, well, actually taste like real bagels.
We especially love the Cinnamon Spice one. Chewy, with just a hint of
sweetness, this delicious bagel has just the right amount of cinnamony
goodness. And it contains a whopping 7g of fiber! Woohoo! So go on -- ditch
those conventional calorie-infested bagels and reach for a Cinnamon Spice
Alternative Bagel instead. Pssst... These bagels come in a slew of other
flavors, too. And ALL of them ROCK our faces off. Find these babies in the
bread aisle at select supermarkets and online! (So Cal residents can also
find 'em at Western Bagel stores.) So bagel it up, bread-lovers!

FIGHT IT!
Cinnamon Raisin Bagel, Average

SIN-AMON SWIRL!
Back in the old days, when fat content was the only thing most dieters paid
attention to, bagels were considered the ultimate breakfast food. But then
people started to count carbs and calories, and suddenly bagels became the
pariahs of the bread and breakfast worlds. Why? Because those dense circles
of dough are crammed with calories and carbs. Take your average cinnamon
raisin bagel, for example. Each ginormously carb-happy bagel contains close
to 300 calories -- and that's before you smear any fatty, hi-cal goo on top of
it. Keep in mind, MANY bagel stores are selling bagels with stats even
WORSE than that, too. Yikes! Bagel-fans needn't worry, though. Just swap
your regular freezer-aisle bagel or bakery-bought one with a Western Bagel
Alternative Bagel, and you can get your bagel-fix without guilt.
