Banana Breeze

PER SERVING (entire recipe): 84 calories, 1.5g fat, 89mg sodium, 15g carbs,

No monkey business here. The Banana Breeze is super-creamy, sweet, and
sensational!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Almond Breeze, Unsweetened Vanilla
1/2 medium-sized banana
3 packets Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup crushed ice (5 - 8 ice cubes)

Directions:
Place everything except ice in the blender, and blend for 10 seconds. Add
ice, and then blend for 30 more seconds, or until smooth and creamy.

Banana Latte Smoothie

PER SERVING (entire recipe): 102 calories, 1g fat, 48mg sodium, 18g carbs,
1.5g fiber, 8g sugars, 3g protein = POINTS® value 2*

This banana latte will knock your socks off!

Ingredients:
1/3 cup light soymilk or 1% milk
1/2 medium-sized banana; frozen
1 1/2 tsp. instant coffee
4 packets Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
1 cup crushed ice (5 - 8 ice cubes)

Directions:
Place soymilk, instant coffee, and Splenda in the blender with 1/3 cup of
water, and blend briefly at low speed until mixed. Add banana (break or cut
into pieces) and ice, and blend until thoroughly mixed.



Soy Good Banana Shake

PER SERVING (entire recipe): 149 calories, 1.25g fat, 377mg sodium, 28g
carbs, 2g fiber, 11g sugars, 6g protein = POINTS® value 3*

The trick to this creamy shake is the addition of chocolate pudding mix....
Yum!

Ingredients:
3/4 cup light vanilla soymilk
1/2 medium-sized banana; frozen
1 rounded tbsp. sugar-free fat-free instant chocolate pudding mix
3 packets Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
2/3 cup crushed ice (4 - 6 ice cubes)

Directions:
Place soymilk, pudding mix and Splenda in the blender, and blend for about
10 seconds (until completely mixed). Add banana (break or cut into pieces)
and ice, and blend for 30 seconds, or until well mixed and creamy.
