guilt-free HG sensation...
Ingredients:

FIGHT IT!
Fruit Smoothie, Average
Smooth Failing
Okay, we know what you're thinking. How can a fruit smoothie be bad? Well,
the problem with most of 'em is that they're oversized and full of
unnecessary ingredients -- piles of sugar, scoops of honey, full-fat milk
and/or yogurt, high-calorie juices... sometimes, even spoonfuls of peanut
butter or sherbet! And while there's nothing wrong with tossing back a
protein-packed drink as a meal replacement, a sippable snack with over 350
calories is a little absurd. And remember, that's just an average. A small
Strawberry Banana Fruit Blast Smoothie from Baskin-Robbins will cost you
490 calories. And even if you request the "Make It
Skinny" version of Smoothie King's Grape Expectations II, the smallest
serving will still have 451 calories, and the largest size
will pack in 902 calories. In fact, a few of Smoothie
K.'s crazier smoothies top out at over 1,500 calories and 50g fat -- and you can bet there are other places serving smoothies with
scary stats like that! Give those freakish drinks the cold shoulder! Especially
considering you can now indulge in a totally delicious fruit smoothie for only
around 100 calories. It's HG's Too-Good Two-Berry Citrus Smoothie, and it'll
knock your flip-flops right off!
