UPSIDE DOWN COCONUT CREAM PIE
(130 calories, 5.5g fat, 15 carbs, 1.5g fiber, and 1.5g protein = 3 points)

Love coconut cream pie? This is a much, much lighter, but still satisfying
swap!

Ingredients:
1 Jell-O SF Vanilla Pudding Cup
1/4 tsp. coconut extract or 1 tsp. Torani SF Coconut Syrup
1 Honey Maid graham cracker square, crumbled, or a small handful of
crushed 100 Calorie Pack Honey Graham Thin Crisps (1/4 pack)
Fat Free Reddi-Wip
shredded coconut

Directions:
Scoop pudding out of plastic container, and place in dish. Mix in extract or
syrup. Top with crushed graham crackers and a mini handful of shredded
coconut. Finish off this creamy coconut cloud with a squirt or two of FF Reddi-
Wip. Mmmmm. (Serves 1)




CRUNCHY APPLE PIE SUNDAE
(136 calories, 3.5g fat, 52.5mg sodium, 21 carbs, 1g fiber, 18g sugar, 3g
protein = 3 points)

A chilly, apple-icious treat for pie-lovers! Mmmmm...

Ingredients:
1/4 oz. Crispy Delites Fuji Apple Fruit Chips (any flavor, or dried apple chips
of any kind)
1/2 cup Dreyers/Edy's Slow Churned Light Vanilla Ice Cream
Fat Free Reddi-Wip
cinnamon

Directions:
Scoop ice cream into dish. Place apple chips in a baggie and crush. Sprinkle
the crushed chips over the ice cream. Then top with whipped cream and
sprinkle with a little cinnamon. (Serves 1)

PEACH CRUMBLE
(70 calories, 1g fat, 10.5 carbs, 1g fiber, 3g sugar and 0.5g protein = 1 WW
point)

This warm 'n spiced delight is the dieter's version of peach cobbler.

Ingredients:
1 regular sized can of peaches, rinsed, drained and diced
1 Tbsp. Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1/4 cup slow cooking oats
1 Tbsp. of light butter
dash of cinnamon
4 Tbsp Cool Whip Free

Directions:
Preheat oven on broil. Pour peaches into nonstick muffin tin. Stir together
the brown sugar, cinnamon, and oats, and then cream in the butter. Spoon
mixture on top of peaches and broil (at around 3 inches from heat) for 3 to 6
minutes, or until the oats are lightly browned. Wait for tin to cool. Place a
generous mound of Cool Whip Free onto a small dessert plate. Spoon the
peach "cobbler" onto your cloud of Cool Whip Free, and enjoy! (Serves 6)
