Here are THREE brand new, absurdly delicious, ROCKIN' Shirataki noodle

recipes...





“Meat Lovers” Cheesy Pasta

(1 recipe: 295 calories, 4g fat, 1,310mg sodium, 30g carbs, 12g fiber, 3g

sugars, 41g protein = 5 Points)



A pasta-rific, "meaty-good" time for all!



Ingredients:

1 package House Foods Tofu Shirataki noodles; original shape

1/2 pouch (1/2 cup) Boca Ground Burger

3 1/2 oz. of lean, skinless chicken OR 1 Gardenburger Chik’n Grill patty

1/3 cup fat-free cheddar cheese

1/2 cup fat-free tomato sauce



Directions:

Drain and rinse noodles; pat dry. Microwave for 1 minute, then pat dry

again (the more water you soak up, the better the end result). Set noodles

aside. Prepare chicken or Gardenburger patty stovetop with nonstick spray

and set aside. In skillet, heat Boca Ground Burger for approximately 3

minutes. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Combine chicken, Boca meat,

noodles, sauce and cheese, and mix well. Microwave entire dish for one

additional minute. Enjoy your feast!









Super-Duper Spaghetti Pie

(1/4 pie: 73 calories, <0.5g fat, 322mg sodium, 9g carbs, 2g fiber, 3g

sugars, 7.5g protein = 1 Point)



Spaghetti pie?! Mmmmmmmmm...



Ingredients:

1 package House Foods Tofu Shirataki noodles; original shape

1/2 cup Egg Beaters

1 cup fat-free tomato sauce

1 cup sliced assorted veggies (onions, peppers, mushrooms, etc.)

1/3 cup fat-free mozzarella cheese; shredded



Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Drain, rinse, dry and cut noodles. In a round

oven-safe baking dish combine noodles, veggies, Egg Beaters and 3/4 cup of

tomato sauce. Bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until firm. Remove

from oven and spread remaining 1/4 cup of tomato sauce atop pie. Next,

sprinkle cheese on top. Return to oven until cheese has melted. Allow to

cool (if you can!) and enjoy.



HG Tip! Garlic-lovers can add garlic powder and slices of fresh garlic to the

mix before cooking***Add eggplant and basil for an Italian masterpiece! ***

Top with tomatoes and Hormel Turkey Pepperoni slices (just before adding

cheese) for a spaghetti-pizza-pie ***







Peach & Cottage Cheese Cinnamon Kugel

(1/3 kugel: 68 calories, 0.5g fat, 172mg sodium, 9g carbs, 2g fiber, 6g

sugars, 8g protein = 1 Point)



Fruity, noodle-y yumminess!



Ingredients:

1 package House Foods Tofu Shirataki noodles; Fettuccine Shaped

1 large peach; cut into bite-sized pieces

1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese

1 tbsp. Splenda

3 tbsp. egg whites

Cinnamon; to taste



Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Drain, rinse, pat dry and cut Shirataki

noodles. In an oven-safe baking dish combine noodles, egg whites, Splenda,

peach, cottage cheese and cinnamon; mix well. Bake in oven for

approximately 25 minutes, or until firm. Enjoy this peach-tastic, cinnamon-y

goodness!





** HG Tip! For all Shirataki recipes, be sure to drain and rinse noodles well,

and pat very dry. Also, prep noodles by cutting them up a bit to control their

unwieldiness.
