Ingredients:
1/4 cup peeled and chopped apple
2 tsp. unsalted, unsweetened peanut butter
1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
Directions:
Place apple in a medium bowl. Top with peanut butter, and stir to coat.
Place cottage cheese in another medium bowl. Top with PB-coated apples, and serve (on the floor)!
