Chocolate and caramel and coconut -- OH MY! Three decadent flavors in one refreshing glass.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp. fat-free, low-fat, or light caramel dip (like the kinds by Marzetti)
1 tsp. instant coffee granules

2 no-calorie sweetener packets (like Splenda or Truvia)
1/2 cup light vanilla soymilk
1/4 tsp. coconut extract

1 1/4 cups crushed ice or 7 - 10 ice cubes
2 tbsp. Fat Free Reddi-wip
1 tsp. chopped pecans
Directions:
In a tall microwave-safe glass, combine cocoa powder, caramel dip, coffee granules, and sweetener. Add 1/4 cup very hot water, and stir until mostly dissolved. Microwave for 10 seconds, and stir until smooth.
Transfer to a blender. Add soymilk, coconut extract, and ice. Blend at high speed until smooth.
Pour, top with Reddi-wip, and sprinkle with pecans!
