This is like the sassy kid sister of our classic Buff Chick Hot Wing Dip. (But who are we kidding? You should probably make both.)

Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 5 minutes or less

Ingredients:
One 8-oz. tub reduced-fat cream cheese
1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt 
1/2 cup BBQ sauce with 45 calories or less per 2-tbsp. serving 
Two 10-oz. cans (or 9.75-oz cans) 98% fat-free chunk white chicken breast in water, drained and flaked 
1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped scallions
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Optional topping: additional scallions

Directions:
In a large microwave-safe bowl, stir cream cheese until smooth. Add yogurt and BBQ sauce, and stir until uniform.

Add remaining ingredients, and mix until uniform. Cover and microwave for 2 minutes.

Stir and microwave for 1 more minute, or until hot.
