Start with a hot dog that has about 40 calories and 1g fat or less, like the kind by Hebrew National. Place it on a skewer lengthwise. (If using a wooden skewer, presoak it in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.) Spirally wrap a slice of center-cut bacon or turkey bacon around the hot dog and secure with half a toothpick at each end. Bring a large skillet or grill pan to medium heat. Cook until bacon is crisp and fully cooked and hot dog is heated through, 6 - 8 minutes, rotating to evenly cook. Enjoy!

Preheat oven to 400 degrees, and spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray. Place two mushroom caps (stems removed) on the sheet, rounded sides down, and bake until tender, about 15 minutes. Blot away excess moisture. In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave 1 cup low-fat veggie or turkey chili for 1 minute, or until hot. Divide chili between the mushroom caps, and enjoy!
