Prep: 10 minutes
Chill: 5 hours or more

3 medium pears, cored and thinly sliced

4 cinnamon sticks
One 750-ml. bottle moscato wine
One 750-ml. bottle dry sparkling wine, chilled
2 cups club soda, chilled

Place pears, tangerine, and cinnamon sticks in a very large pitcher or serving bowl (at least 2-quart capacity). Add moscato wine, and gently stir.

If the word "appletini" makes you think of overly sweet electric-green sips, think again. This drink is perfection in a glass!

1 low-fat graham cracker (1/4th of a sheet), finely crushed
6 oz. light apple juice drink (like the kind by Trop50 or Mott's), chilled
1 1/2 oz. vodka
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Optional garnish: apple slice, cinnamon stick

Place crushed graham crackers on a plate.

Wet the rim of a large martini glass with water. Turn the glass upside down, and press it into the crumbs, rotating so that the crumbs cover the rim.

In a shaker filled with ice, combine apple juice, vodka, and cinnamon.

Shake it up, and strain into the martini glass.

HG FYI: Click here for the 411 on how the PointsPlus® values of cocktails are calculated.

SmartPoints® FYI: We follow the same method as Weight Watchers when calculating the SmartPoints® value for a recipe: We don’t factor in the calories, sugar, etc., from most fruits and veggies, since those ingredients have a SmartPoints® value of 0. (The exception? Blended beverages.) Recipes with alcohol are also specially calculated. So if you see a recipe here with a SmartPoints® value that's lower than what the calculator tells you, now you know why!
