Warning: addictive recipe ahead. These are great for a group, but we wouldn't want to be left alone with the whole batch...

15 minutes
Cook: 15 minutes

1 package Pillsbury Reduced Fat Crescent roll dough
2 1/2 tbsp. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Separate dough into eight triangle-shaped portions. One at a time, stretch or roll each triangle out slightly, making it into a larger triangle. Cut each piece into two long, narrow triangles, leaving you with 16 triangles.

Evenly distribute chocolate chips among the triangles, about 1/2 tsp. each, and lightly press into the dough. One at a time, beginning at the base, tightly roll up each triangle over the chocolate chips to seal. (Don't worry if the chips "peek" out!) Place on a baking sheet, evenly spaced.

Bake until lightly browned, 10 - 12 minutes.

Why add eggs to corn-muffin mix when there's creamy, protein-packed Greek yogurt in the world? There's just no good reason!

Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 15 minutes

One 8.5-oz. package cornbread/corn muffin mix (like the kind by Jiffy)
1/2 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a 6-cup muffin pan (or 6 cups of a 12-cup muffin pan) with baking cups, and/or spray with nonstick spray.

In a large bowl, combine muffin mix, yogurt, and 3 tbsp. water. Stir until uniform. (Batter will be thick.) Evenly distribute batter among the lined or sprayed cups. (Cups will be full!)

Bake until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean, 13 - 15 minutes.

Ah, our old friend, National Noodle Ring Day, December 11th. Every year we make fun of you; this year will be no different. Because actual noodle rings are upsetting to behold. (Look at this one!) We'll be eating these noodles, and keeping rings on our fingers, where they belong.
