Hungry Girl Magazine Order Problem Update

Lisa & the Hungry Girl team here. We're aware there have been problems and confusion with online orders for Hungry Girl magazine. First of all, please accept our sincere apologies for any frustration this may have caused you. The problem has been identified, and we are happy to report that the issue has been fixed. The magazines are on their way, but we want you to know exactly what happened.
Some people who ordered the magazine back in December have yet to receive it. We were told by our distribution partner that all preorders had been mailed, so we've been telling you that they were recently sent and directing you to our distribution partner's customer service with further inquiries. Unfortunately, some of you were told by customer service that they were unable to locate your order.
While the payments were processed back in December, a group of preorders did not make their way to the distribution center until earlier this week. This is why many of you have not received your magazines yet AND may have been told by the distribution center that they had no record of your order. Again, we're sorry that this has happened, and we've been trying from day 1 to get to the bottom of it.
The good news: The missing preorder information has been located and these magazines were sent out Tuesday, 1/23. Additionally, the customer service team now has all the correct information and can update you on the status of your order.
Bottom line: If you preordered the magazine and haven't received it, it's now on the way. And if you'd like to confirm your specific order is being processed, a group of customer service representatives dedicated to Hungry Girl magazine is ready with all the latest info.
