When it comes to sweet coffee drinks, who's gonna object to a little caramel and chocolate flavor up in there? Give it a sprinkle of sea salt, and you're in mega-yum territory!

Ingredients:
1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp. instant coffee granules
1 1/2 tsp. semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
1/8 tsp. almond extract
1 - 2 no-calorie sweetener packets (like Truvia or Splenda)
2 tsp. fat-free, low-fat, or light caramel dip (like the kinds by Marzetti)
1 cup light vanilla soymilk
2 tbsp. Fat Free Reddi-wip
Dash coarse salt
Directions:
In a large microwave-safe mug, combine cocoa powder, coffee granules, chocolate chips, almond extract, and 1 sweetener packet. Add 1/2 cup very hot water and 1 tsp. caramel dip, and stir until ingredients mostly dissolve.
Add soymilk and mix well. Microwave until hot, about 1 minute.
If you like, stir in a second sweetener packet. Top with whipped cream, remaining 1 tsp. caramel dip, and salt. Sip!
