10 minutes

  • 4 hot dogs with about 40 calories and 1g fat or less each (like Hebrew National 97% Fat Free), each cut into 5 segments
  • 16 cherry tomatoes
  • 16 pineapple chunks

Skewer hot dog pieces, tomatoes, and pineapple chunks alternately onto 4 skewers.

Spray a grill pan lightly with nonstick spray, and bring to medium-high heat.

Add skewers and cook for 3 - 4 minutes. Flip skewers over on the grill pan, and cook until the tomatoes and pineapple have softened and are slightly blackened, another 3 - 4 minutes.

Once cool enough to handle, pull the food off the sticks and eat!

  1. HG Tip! If using wooden skewers, soak in water for 20 minutes to prevent burning.
