2 tsp. malted milk powder (find it with the cocoa powder at the market)
1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. instant coffee granules
1 - 3 no-calorie sweetener packets (like Splenda or Truvia)
1/4 cup light vanilla soymilk
1 tbsp. fat-free non-dairy liquid creamer
5 - 8 ice cubes or 1 cup crushed ice
Optional topping: Fat Free Reddi-wip
Put all dry ingredients in a tall glass. Add 2 oz. (1/4 cup) hot water, and stir until ingredients have completely dissolved. Add 5 oz. cold water.
Add soymilk, creamer, and ice, and stir well. If you like, finish it off with a squirt of Reddi-wip. AWESOME!
