If you're looking for healthy nonstick spray, this is an awesome option -- certified organic and no propellants! We love Pompeian's spray oils, and this EVOO is a welcome addition to the lineup. And there's no need to limit this spray to cooking; it's great on salads too! FYI: The above stats are for a mere 1/4-second spray. A more-realistic 1-second spray has 15 calories and 1.5g fat. We. Love. Quest Bars. And the latest flavor of the fiber-packed, protein-loaded bars is insanely delicious. It truly tastes like a bursting-with-blueberries muffin! Plus, it'll keep you full for hours on end. Yessssss... Available online and at select GNC and Vitamin Shoppe locations nationwide.

1 pouch: 100 calories, 1.5g total fat (1g sat fat), 70mg sodium, 18g carbs, 0g fiber, 12g sugars, 4g protein -- SmartPoints® value 4*

Sometimes we get a little jealous of all the fun kiddie snacks out there, but the serving sizes usually aren't substantial enough for us. That's why these super-sized squeeze pouches of low-fat yogurt rock! All the appeal and convenience of the original kid-centric tubes, but with more yogurt goodness inside. Try the Cherry, Peach Mango, Strawberry, and Mixed Berry! In supermarkets everywhere.

3 Things to Know This Week…

General Mills is revamping Fiber One snacks!

Another food company is ditching additives, and this one's a longtime favorite of ours! The folks at Fiber One are removing the artificial flavors, colors, and sweeteners from their brownie line and select chewy bar varieties. The cleaned-up treats will make their debut in January, along with two new layered chewy bars: Salted Caramel Chocolate Chunk and Double Chocolate Almond. Yum, yum, yum...

Wanna get healthy? Laugh it up!

OK, don't laugh at the idea of exercise; bring laughter into your exercise routine! A new study of older adults found that adding "simulated laughter exercises" to a strength, balance, and flexibility program was notably beneficial. Subjects experienced improved mental health, endurance, and confidence in their physical ability. If the thought of simulated laughter weirds you out, perhaps enlist a buddy and work out to a retro exercise video... You know, the ones with the teased hair and leotards? That should get some genuine laughter going.

The USDA food database is now better than ever!

Hello, info at your fingertips! In addition to generic foods like fruits and veggies, the official government database now lists nutrition information for more than 80,000 branded foods sold at grocery stores and restaurants. That's major. Go ahead, and poke around. The next time you're looking for some official nutrition info, you know where to go!

That's all we've got. 'Til next time… Chew the right thing!
