The Unicorn Frappuccino Blended Crème isn't a coffee-based frap; it's more of a creamy shake. You might think a creamy, candy-flavored frap is an automatic calorie catastrophe, but that's not the case. Stick with a Tall (12-oz.) cup, and skip the whip. When it comes to milk, go for almond milk or nonfat dairy milk. We tasted the Unicorn Frap both ways and prefer the nonfat milk, but either option is a good way to go!
