Pillsbury Sugar Free Cinnamon Rolls
Pillsbury Sugar Free Cinnamon Rolls

Face it, as good as cinnamon rolls are, they're not exactly a food that should be in "regular rotation" (sorry!).  However, there are times when you really NEED to shove your face in a hot, sticky, cinnamon-y pastry.  When those times arise, DO NOT break down and swallow a Cinnabon, because even the teeny ones have hundreds and hundreds of calories and a ton of fat.  Instead, bake your own, right at home.  These sweetened-with-Splenda treats are awesome, and come complete with a cute little tin of icing so you can frost 'em yourself.  They're not only fun and delicious, they're also just 110 calories each  (and a low 2 points, if you count) so even if you break down and have TWO (gasp!) you won't do too much damage.

Cinnabon Minibon
Cinnabon Minibon

There's no sugar coating this, people.  Cinnabons are bad news.  And remember, right now we're talking about the itty-bitty, 2-bite minibon.  That thing's gone before you're even able to taste it, and BAM,  just like like that, you've downed 337 calories and 13 grams of fat (an astonishing 7 points!).  What a waste.  And those numbers only apply if you're strong enough to resist temptation and actually order the mini size.  A regular Classic Cinnabon  will set you back an alarming 816 calories.  ACK!  We say, kick those cinnamon cravings with Pillsbury's new Sugar Free Cinnamon Rolls.  They're more, shall we say, "user friendly."  Plus you get to make 'em yourself.  Weeeeee!
