We’ve been known to roll up turkey slices with pickles, but sometimes we like to change it up. Stack 2 slices (about 1 oz.) reduced-sodium turkey breast, and gently spread with a wedge of The Laughing Cow Creamy Light cheese. Place a strip of a red bell pepper down the middle, and roll up the turkey up around it. YUM! Feel free to snack on a few at a time.

PB & Raisin Apple Nachos

DELISH.

We pretty much always keep microwave popcorn on hand, but here's a real fun way to dress it up: Pop a 100-calorie mini bag of microwave popcorn, and while the popcorn is hot, top with 1 tbsp. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips and shake it all up. Add 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries. Then shake again, mix, and chew! HG tip: To save some sugar, swap in the no-sugar-added baking chips by Lily’s (chopped). So many tasty flavors!

EZ Cheesy Cauli' Rice

Entire recipe: 136 calories, 6.5g total fat (3g sat fat), 568mg sodium, 13.5g carbs, 4g fiber, 8g sugars, 7g protein

For a protein boost with a bit of extra refinement, these herb-topped egg whites are the way to go. Cut 3 shelled hard-boiled eggs in half (discard yolks or save them for another use), leaving you with 6 halves. Spoon 1 tsp. hummus into each egg-white half, and sprinkle 1 tsp. chopped chives over them all. If you could see us now, you’d be observing our happy dance.
