Question@2x Hi Lisa,
I suffer from morning brain... I’m fuzzy and unfocused! Coffee doesn’t do the trick, and I’m not sure about all those energy drinks out there. What do you personally use to jumpstart your morning?
Snoozin’ Susan
Answer@2x Hi Snoozin’ Susan,
There are so many energy-boosting products on the market, but there are only a few that I personally use. Every morning, I start my day with a super-sized orange-flavored drink that tastes great and gives me SO much energy. The primary ingredient is EBOOST Super Powder. (I throw in a little Metamucil for extra fiber!) I also enjoy a drink called BrainGear when I’m in a hurry. Check out the details on these energizing finds, plus my morning drink recipe!

EBOOST Super Powder Mind + Body Energizer

1 packet: 5 calories, 0g total fat (0g sat fat), 45 - 105mg sodium, 0 - 1g carbs, 0g fiber, 0g sugars, 0g protein -- SmartPoints® value 0*
EBOOST Super Powder contains caffeine naturally derived from green tea and green coffee seeds. It’s free of artificial sweeteners and comes in three flavors: Pink Lemonade, Acai Pomegranate, and (my favorite!) Orange. It’s packed with Vitamins C, D, B3, B6, and B12, plus antioxidants and electrolytes. It’s the total package! Find it at select stores, or grab some on Amazon.

BrainGear Brain Performance Formula

1 bottle (4.5 fl oz.): 10 calories, 0g total fat (0g sat fat), 0mg sodium, 3g carbs, 0g fiber, 3g sugars, 0g protein -- SmartPoints® value 1*

I was skeptical at first. BrainGear claims to optimize brain performance and promote focus, clarity, and concentration. Seems like a tall order for a tiny beverage… but I’m a total convert! It actually seems to improve my focus and energy, sans jitters. It relies on an ideal combo of 13 active ingredients: things like vitamins, green tea extract, and amino acids. And I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the pineapple mango flavor. I order mine from Amazon.
