I’m looking for new bars to add to my snack rotation. What are some of your favorites?

I get this question a lot! And since we’re constantly trying new bars at Hungryland, I definitely have some top picks. Here are eight newer picks that I really enjoy. They’re definitely worth a slot in your snack rotation…

Health Warrior Pumpkin Seed Bars

1 bar: 170 - 180 calories, 12 - 14g total fat (2.5 - 3.5g sat. fat), 60 - 75mg sodium, 11 - 12g carbs, 2g fiber, 5 - 7g sugars, 8g protein -- SmartPoints® value 6*

These bars are great because they're really satisfying. They’re dense, chewy, and not too sweet, and I really like the texture from those seeds. There are chocolate flavors, a maple one, a honey one… All excellent. For a smaller snack, Health Warrior’s 100-calorie chia seed bars are awesome. Click here to see where they’re sold, or order a box online.

Raw Rev Glo Bars

1 bar: 170 - 190 calories, 9 - 13g total fat (2 - 3g sat. fat), 60 - 135mg sodium, 17 - 21g carbs, 10 - 14g fiber, 2 - 5g sugars, 10 - 15g protein -- SmartPoints® value 5 - 6*

A friend recently recommended these vegan bars, and I'm SO glad I tried them. They’re nice and soft, and the flavor is great -- no fake sweetness or weird aftertaste! Plus, no gluten, GMOs, preservatives, soy protein, or grains. There are a bunch of flavors available: I flipped over the Creamy Peanut Butter & Sea Salt and Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate & Sea Salt. Find ‘em near you, or grab some from Amazon.

Atlas Protein Bars

1 bar: 200 - 220 calories, 10 - 12g total fat (1.5 - 3g sat. fat), 150 - 200mg sodium, 21 - 22g carbs, 9 - 12g fiber, 2 - 3g sugars, 15g protein -- SmartPoints® value 6*

You’ve probably heard me mention these bars before… I absolutely LOVE them! High in protein, low in net carbs (4 - 5g), very low in sugar, DELICIOUS taste, amazing texture... What’s not to love? These days, Atlas bars are my go-to for long trips. They’re insanely satisfying, and I can make one bar last a long time. Right now, my favorite flavor is the Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip. Track them down near you, or order online.

GoodTo Go Soft-Baked Bars

1 bar: 160 - 170 calories, 12 - 14g total fat (1 - 1.5g sat. fat), 150 - 230mg sodium, 15 - 17g carbs, 7 - 8g fiber, 1 - 2g sugars, 5 - 6g protein -- SmartPoints® value 5*

These low-sugar snacks taste like cookie-cake hybrids! I also like that they’re perforated, so you can easily break one into four pieces and snack on it throughout the day. All the flavors are fantastic and new flavors are on the way. (I got a sneak taste, and they’re super delicious!) Find these in select stores, or just stock up on Amazon.

Kirkland Signature Protein Bars

1 bar: 190 calories, 6 - 7g total fat (1.5 - 3g sat. fat), 170 - 250mg sodium, 22 - 23g carbs, 15 - 17g fiber, 1 - 2g sugars, 21 - 22g protein -- SmartPoints® value 4 - 5*

When I first tried these Costco exclusive bars, I was really impressed. They're classic protein bars (20+ grams!), and done just right. I love that they're low in sugar and net carbs, and that I can stock up on them for a great price. If you don't have a Costco membership, this may be the push you need!

NuGo Slim Protein Bars

1 bar: 160 - 190 calories, 4.5 - 7g total fat (2 - 3g sat. fat), 110 - 230mg sodium, 17 - 20g carbs, 6 - 7g fiber, 2 - 3g sugars, 16 - 18g protein -- SmartPoints® value 4 - 5*

If you want a bar that'll satisfy a candy craving, this line is for you. There are flavors like Crunchy Peanut Butter and Brownie Crunch! Plus, four of the varieties are vegan, and each bar has 3 grams of sugar or less. Candy bar taste with protein bar stats? SOLD. Find them in stores or order online.

Caveman Dark Chocolate Nutrition Bars

1 bar: 210 - 220 calories, 13 - 15g total fat (3 - 6g sat. fat), 20 - 160mg sodium, 15 - 18g carbs, 2 - 3g fiber, 7 - 9g sugars, 5 - 6g protein -- SmartPoints® value 8 - 9*

I became an instant fan of these paleo-friendly bars. They're similar to KIND bars, but a bit heartier. The texture is amazing and the flavors rock. Cashew Almond, Caramel Cashew, Coconut Almond, Cherry Nut, Sea Salt Almond… YES. Find them at retailers around the U.S., like Trader Joe’s, Costco, Sprouts, Meijer, and Whole Foods. (You can also order from Amazon.)

Yaff Bars

1 bar: 240 calories, 10g total fat (1 - 3g sat. fat), 120 - 150mg sodium, 31 - 34g carbs, 4 - 5g fiber, 12 - 18g sugars, 5 - 6g protein -- SmartPoints® value 9*

You guys know I’m a dog lover and take my pups with me everywhere, right? Well, sometimes they need snacks on the go too, and these tasty bars are safe for dogs to eat! They come in three varieties: Blueberry Crisp Bar, Honey Cran Nutty Bar, and P-Nutty Buddy Bar. I don't mind sharing my snacks with Lolly and Bam Bam! Order a box for you and your furry friends ASAP.
