Trader Joe's Pulled Jackfruit in Smoky BBQ Sauce

If you've been thinking about trying jackfruit but found it intimidating, this is a super-easy way to give it a whirl. Throw the whole pouch in the microwave… The meat swap is sauced up and ready to eat. The texture is meaty despite being plant based, and the sauce is sweet 'n smoky with a bit of heat! We like it better than most other jackfruit products we've tried, and it’s perfect for wraps, salads, and sandwiches. Bonus: The whole pouch has just 260 calories!

Trader Joe's Roasted Green Beans, Roasted Cauliflower, and Roasted Broccoli with Olive Oil, Sea Salt and Black Pepper

These three precooked, heat 'n eat veggie sides are as delicious as they are convenient. Find them in the produce section's refrigerated case with the prepared veggies, and stock up for those days where you don't feel like cooking… but you know you gotta eat some veggies. We forgive the redundant name because they're really good and, thanks to the beans, they naturally contain fiber and protein. We love chips that won’t leave us hungry again 30 minutes later! Enjoy them with your favorite dips, or crispy-crunch on them plain. They don’t have a distinct seasoning, so they’ll go with just about anything.
