Atlas Protein Bars

1 bar: 200 - 220 calories, 10 - 12g total fat (1.5 - 3g sat. fat), 150 - 200mg sodium, 21 - 22g carbs, 9 - 12g fiber, 2 - 3g sugars, 15g protein -- SmartPoints® value 6*

These are hands-down the best bars we've tried in a long time… and they’re keto friendly, low in sugar, and gluten free! The texture is dense, and the flavor is delicious with NO weird aftertaste. Plus, these bars are incredibly satisfying. Every flavor is a home run: Vanilla Almond Chai, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip (Lisa’s favorite!), Peanut Butter & Raspberry, Chocolate Cacao, and more. They're hard to find in stores, but are 100% worth buying online.

Sausages by Amylu Chicken Sausages

1 link: 100 - 110 calories, 3.5 - 5g total fat (0.5 - 1.5g sat. fat), 400 - 560mg sodium, 1 - 7g carbs, 0 - 1g fiber, 0 - 3g sugars, 11 - 12g protein -- SmartPoints® value 2 - 3*

Meet Lisa's new favorite sausages! We're big fans of chicken sausage, so we're always excited when a new brand pops onto our radar. This refrigerated lineup of fully cooked sausages features 11 classic varieties, plus organic and antibiotic-free options. Our top pick is definitely the sweet 'n salty Apple & Gouda. Find them at a store near you, or stock up online. P.S. Amylu also makes mini chicken breakfast links!

Wholesome Allulose Zero Calorie Granulated Sweetener

5g: 0 calories, 0g total fat (0g sat. fat), 0mg sodium, 5g carbs, 0g fiber, 0g sugars, 0g protein -- SmartPoints® value 0*

It’s the new kid on the block in terms of no-cal sweeteners! Allulose is a rare naturally occurring sugar found in figs, raisins, and kiwis that’s virtually calorie free. We gave this granulated product a test run in the HG kitchen, and it’s amazing: no bitter aftertaste! It works perfectly in recipes and really does taste similar to sugar. Find it at Sprouts, Albertsons, H-E-B, Hy-Vee, and more, or order online...
And that’s all we’ve got. ‘Til next time… Chew the right thing!
