Best New Healthy Costco Food Finds February ‘26

Feb 18 2026
On the latest Hungry Girl podcast, we rounded up some new (and some just new-to-us) Costco food finds, and SPOILER ALERT: There were a LOT of winners! Read up on three of the best things we taste-tested now, and plan your next Costco run ASAP…

Blount's Family Kitchen Green Chili & Chicken Stew with White Meat Chicken

8 oz.: 140 calories, 2.5g total fat (1g sat. fat), 840mg sodium, 17g carbs, 4g fiber, 3g total sugars (0g added sugars), 12g protein
WW Points® value 3*
This refrigerated find is one of the best store-bought items we’ve ever tasted! Full of white-meat chicken raised without antibiotics, green chili peppers, white beans, and roasted corn in a savory chicken broth, the gluten-free stew has slight heat and overall incredible flavor. You get two 24-oz. resealable tubs—store them in the freezer to make them last longer. We can’t wait to explore more of Blount’s offerings… Find them at select Costco locations regionally!

Chocxo Dubai Inspired Pistachio Cups

1 cup: 80 calories, 6g total fat (2.5g sat. fat), 20mg sodium, 6g carbs, 0g fiber, 5g total sugars (5g added sugars), 1g protein
WW Points® value 4*
No, we’re not over Dubai chocolate treats yet! (Why would we get sick of deliciousness?) Chocxo’s motto is “simply better chocolate,” and each of these pistachio-butter-stuffed milk chocolates has just 5g sugars and no artificial sweeteners. They’re so freaking good that they kinda broke our brains! Available at Costco, Sprouts, and BJ’s stores nationwide, or order online from the Chocxo website.

Harvest Popp'd Zesty Ranch Popped Corn Chips

1 oz. (about 16 chips): 120 calories, 5g total fat (0.5g sat. fat), 200mg sodium, 18g carbs, 0g fiber, 1g total sugars (<1g added sugars), 1g protein
WW Points® value 4*
Is this our new favorite snack? Maybe! The chips remind us of PopCorners, but they’re made with purple sweet potato, giving them a slight sweetness and a tie-dye look. The zesty ranch flavor is perfection. Gluten free, made with avocado oil, and never fried. We’ve also spotted non-Harvest varieties in flavors like Churro, White Cheddar, and Kettle Corn. See where Popp’d chips are sold—it looks like they’re rolling out to more retailers!
