It’s made with almond and coconut flours and sweetened with erythritol, a naturally made zero-calorie sugar alcohol found in fruits and veggies. Choose from two classic flavors: Vanilla and Chocolate. Instead of following the box directions, we used 1/3 cup applesauce, 1/2 cup egg substitute, and 1/4 cup water, and the result was AWESOME.
