When we found this dairy-free ranch option, we dove in carrots-first. And we’re happy to report that our taste buds more than approve! Vegan products like this are often high in calories and fat, so these low stats are extra impressive. The deliciously creamy dip has a yogurt base made from almond milk, with live and active cultures. It's soy free, gluten free, and non GMO, and it has no artificial flavors or preservatives. Click to find -- it’ll be in the refrigerated section near the salad dressings. (There's also a French Onion version!)
Angie's BOOMCHICKAPOP White Cheddar Puffs1 oz. (48 pieces): 140 calories, 7g total fat (1g sat. fat), 240mg sodium, 18g carbs, <1g fiber, 2g sugars, 2g protein -- SmartPoints® value 5*
Hooray for large serving sizes and low calorie counts! These gluten-free cheesy puffs are baked not fried and made from simple ingredients. They taste like Cheez Doodles crossed with Cap’n Crunch! We’re also impressed by how full the bag is, unlike so many snack bags that seem to be half-empty and filled with air. And bonus: They come in on-the-go mini bags. Find them in a store near you.
Chew on this:
It's October 14th, which means there are 78 days left in the year. This calls for a 78-calorie serving of our Holy Moly Guacamole!
