Our latest trip to Costco was another rousing success! Behold three of the best healthy food finds we sampled from our recent Costco haul for the Hungry Girl podcast. All of these are major must-have finds…

Pssst... Keep reading for the chance to win HG swag just for answering a few quick questions!

Del Real Foods Birria Con Consome

WOWOWOWOW. If you were to make this from scratch, it would take hours of slow simmering, but when you can get a refrigerated store-bought version THIS GOOD? Honestly, why bother? This is tender shredded beef (birria) in a rich and saucy broth (consome), and it’s so good it broke our brains. Plus, the nutrition stats are incredible for something that tastes that amazing. Pick up a 36-oz. package at Costco or find smaller packages at retailers nationwide… but trust us, you want the big pack.

Chef Hak’s Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Butternut Squash

2.66 oz.: 100 calories, 6g total fat (0.5g sat. fat), 105mg sodium, 10g carbs, 3g fiber, 4g total sugars (2g added sugars), 3g protein
WW Points® value 3*
We don’t know Chef Hak personally yet (aka Los Angeles chef Sharone Hakman, who was on the first season of MasterChef!), but after tasting this refrigerated side dish, we’re big fans! First off, the package contains TWELVE servings, meaning it’s completely sufficient to serve as part of a big group dinner. But more importantly, this roasted blend of sprouts & squash tastes incredible. Bonus: You can air-fry the fully cooked veggies to achieve that fresh roasty texture. It’s only at Costco, so keep your eyes open!

Milk Bar Crunchies Cinnamon Toast Cookies

6 cookies: 150 calories, 6g total fat (3g sat. fat), 85mg sodium, 21g carbs, 0g fiber, 11g total sugars (11g added sugars), 1g protein
WW Points® value 7*
Newsflash: Cookies from the popular bakery Milk Bar are now available at grocery stores! These crispy, crunchy cookies taste and smell exactly like Cinnabon at the mall—SO GREAT. We love that you can eat six whole cookies for just 150 calories. Pair ‘em with a cup of coffee, crush into vanilla Greek yogurt… That classic cinnamon taste pairs well with almost anything. Find them at Costco, click to locate at grocers like Whole Foods, or order from Amazon!
