Oct 6 2023
It’s the time we wait for all year long… when the fall seasonal products hit Trader Joe’s stores! These are three of the absolute best of the 2023 batch that we tried, and you need them NOW. Snap them up as quickly as you can—you never know when they’ll disappear!

HG FYI: Trader Joe’s stock varies by location… Give your local TJ’s a call before shopping to confirm availability.

Is this frozen lasagna worth it? YES, YES, and YES! We were a bit skeptical, but it’s absolutely outstanding. The flavor is a little smoky, thanks to the smoked Provola cheese (aka unaged provolone), and we’re obsessed. It’s made in Italy exclusively for Trader Joe’s with creamy béchamel sauce and pumpkin seeds on top… It’s one of the best things we’ve tried from TJ’s in recent history! Pair it with a nice side salad for a truly special seasonal dinner.

Trader Joe's Harvest Chili

1 cup: 130 calories, 5g total fat (0g sat fat), 670mg sodium, 20g carbs, 5g fiber, 4g total sugars (0g added sugars), 5g protein

This returning classic is a refrigerated soup that eats like a meal! The chunky veggies—butternut squash, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, and black beans— are really satisfying. And the pumpkin puree and spices in the base have a just-right flavor and kick. P.S. You could eat the whole container for 320 calories! This makes a great easy anytime side dish or meatless meal (depending on the portion size) with a bit of seasonal flair.

Trader Joe's Honey Crisp Apple Cinnamon Greek Yogurt

5.3-oz. container: 170 calories, 6g total fat (3.5g sat fat), 50mg sodium, 19g carbs, 0g fiber, 15g total sugars (10g added sugars), 10g protein
WW Points® value 8*
Lisa is obsessed with this yogurt—it’s one of her favorite yogurts of all time! It’s made with whole milk, and it’s 1000% delicious. We’re talking pieces of real apple in an incredibly creamy base that’s cinnamon-spiced to perfection… We have no notes! Hey, Joe: If you wanted to add this to the year-round list, it would make our day.
