In a Pan: Follow the standard baking instructions for an 8” square pan, but replace the eggs with 6 tbsp. egg whites or egg substitute, and replace the oil with 5 tbsp. unsweetened applesauce. Only 129 calories per serving!

In a Mug: Combine 1/4 cup brownie mix, 2 tbsp. fat-free vanilla yogurt, and 1 tbsp. egg whites or egg substitute in a microwave-safe mug sprayed with nonstick spray. Mix until uniform. Microwave for 1 minute, or until set. Just 187 calories!

Line an air fryer with parchment paper or a liner, leaving room for air to circulate. In a medium bowl, combine 1/4 cup PB2 Pantry Chocolate Chip Brownie Mix, 2 tbsp. canned pure pumpkin, and 1 1/2 tbsp. old-fashioned oats. Mix until uniform. Moisten hands, or spray them with nonstick spray. Form batter into 4 balls, and place them in the air fryer. Air fry at 310ºF until a toothpick inserted in the center of a ball comes out clean, about 10 minutes. MAKES 1 SERVING.

Oven Alternative: Bake at 330ºF for about 12 minutes.
