PB2 Pantry Baking Mixes: Plant-Based Brownies, Cookies, and Muffins

Oct 26 2022
Our pals at PB2 have launched a brand-new lineup of plant-based baking mixes, and we are HOOKED…

PB2 Pantry Baking Mixes

Phenomenal taste. They’re made with peanut powder, but that doesn’t mean they taste like PB! The fudgy brownies, sweet chocolate chip cookies, and moist apple cinnamon muffins are everything we could ask for and MORE.

Simple ingredients. Certified vegan, gluten free, non-GMO, and kosher, each mix features just eight recognizable ingredients or less. No artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols here! Plus, with anywhere from 4–14g of plant-based protein per serving, you get a nutritional boost with your sweet tooth fix!

Baking has never been easier. Forget about sifting flour, measuring sugar, and scavenging your pantry for chocolate chips. Just grab your mix and your wet ingredients, and you’re good to go. Bonus: The jars are resealable, so you can make a big batch or a little one! You’re in control.

Hungry Girl hacks! To lighten up the standard instructions, simply replace the eggs with egg whites or egg substitute, and replace the oil with unsweetened applesauce! (PB2’s vegan alternative: Use mashed banana in place of egg.)
