This Walmart exclusive kind of blew our minds. The creamy broth tastes like homemade comfort food, and we’re SO into it. Made with soymilk and lentil flour, the texture is thicker than a standard broth but not chowder-level creamy, and each cup has 8 grams of plant-based protein. Soymilk-based broths are common in Asian soups, but we’ve never seen it sold like this before in the US. We’re getting more shelf-stable cartons ASAP—we didn’t see it in our local store, so we ordered it from the Walmart website!
