Trader Joe’s Stuffed Peppers, Chicken Protein Snack, Freezer Pops

Apr 29 2026
We love Trader Joe’s; you love Trader Joe’s… So, we went to Trader Joe’s! Our latest haul of discoveries and new product launches yielded some terrific food finds—here are three we need to tell you about ASAP. (Want more? Keep reading.)

HG FYI: Trader Joe’s stock varies by location… Give your local TJ’s a call before shopping to confirm availability.

Trader Joe’s Stuffed Poblano Peppers

1 piece: 240 calories, 10g total fat (6g sat. fat), 500mg sodium, 21g carbs, 3g fiber, 5g total sugars (0g added sugars), 17g protein
WW Points® value 8*
Consider these the open-faced & unbattered cousins of a classic chile relleno! We love how they balance the wholesome ingredients like brown rice, corn, and white-meat chicken with a decadent smothering of creamy cilantro sauce and gooey Monterey jack cheese. Pick up a pack from the refrigerated case with the other heat & eat entrees! (HG tip: Grab a bag of Spicy Mexican-Style Riced Cauliflower from the freezer aisle for an easy side.)

Trader Joe’s Fully Cooked-Seasoned Chicken Breast Bites with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce

3.98-oz. package: 190 calories, 6g total fat (1g sat. fat), 660mg sodium, 10g carbs, 0g fiber, 5g total sugars (5g added sugars), 22g protein
WW Points® value 5*
Yes, we could just pair some precooked chicken and honey mustard to snack on… But if we’re in a rush and don’t have time to DIY, we love that these snack packs are ready to rush with us. Do we especially love the little bamboo skewer utensil that comes with it so we’re not out here eating meat with our bare hands? We do! (It makes us feel dainty, even when we’re extremely not.) Grab a pack or two from the refrigerated case, and do your future (dainty) self a favor.

Trader Joe’s Organic Freezer Pops

1 pop: 30 calories, 0g total fat (0g sat. fat), 0mg sodium, 7g carbs, 0g fiber, 6g total sugars (0g added sugars), 0g protein
WW Points® value 1*
Unlike the neon-colored freeze-n-eat pops of the past, these organic treats are made from 100% juice: no sugar added! The pouch contains 10 pops in three refreshing flavors—Orange, Berry, and Cherry Limeade—which just scream “summer fun is on the way!” FYI: An official serving is 4 pops, BTW, but even if you eat 4 pops in a row, that’s still just 120 calories.
